Shift Leads work with the Senior Shift Lead, and Management crew to ensure store operations are running smoothly at all times. Shift Leads are essential to maintaining a positive environment and experience.

Goals
  • Greet, host, and communicate positively with customers.
  • Resolve and communicate customer issues to managers.
  • Train, support, and communicate with your team members regarding food preparation and delivery.
  • Maintain safe, sanitary supportive, and positive work environments.
Physical Demands:
  • Work is repetitive standing, stooping, squatting, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
  • Regularly required to lift no more than 40 pounds unassisted.
  • Frequently required to use hand-to-finger motions, handle or feel objects, and reach with hands/arms.
  • Ability to express or exchange information by means of the spoken word in loud and fast-paced environments 
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
  • Acts with integrity and honesty that promote the culture, values, and policies of Monty's Good Burger.
  • Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to set a positive example.
  • Anticipates customer and store needs by evaluating the environment and customers for cues.
  • Communicates necessary information to the manager so that the team can respond as necessary.
  • Recognize alarms or changes in morale and performance and provides feedback to the manager.
  • Provides high-quality service, products, and attentiveness to all customers by acting with a customer-comes-first attitude and connecting with the customer.
  • Follows ALL Monty's Good Burger Operational Policies, Safety Protocols, Recipes, and Procedures.
  • Maintains a clean and organized workspace/store so team members can work safely and efficiently.
  • Using daily checklists and communication with managers to ensure all tasks are completed as needed.
  • Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
  • Training and development with new hires. 
  • Maintains operational/product machinery. 
  • Manage break sheets to ensure breaks are always on schedule.
  • Attends weekly check-ins with the store manager.
  • Maintains regular and punctual attendance.

Compensation: $18.50 per hour
