Restaurant Operations Lead

Full Time • LA SNOW
Operations Lead work with our Operations Director to ensure consistent, safe, and efficient procedures throughout all stores. The operations lead will be responsible for maintenance, support, and updates/rollouts.

Goals
  • Respond quickly to store needs in regard to operational equipment, updates, and changes.
  • Support the Director of Operations with the training and development of new procedures for stores.
  • Provide consistent communication, flexibility, and support to ensure an excellent team experience.
Physical Demands:
  • Work is repetitive standing, stooping, squatting, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
  • Regularly required to lift no more than 40 pounds unassisted.
  • Frequently required to use hand-to-finger motions, handle or feel objects, and reach with hands/arms.
  • Frequent transportation between locations required.
Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to the following:
  • Promotes the culture, values, and policies of Monty's Good Burger.
  • Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events.
  • Communicates necessary information to the director so that the team can respond as necessary.
  • Contributes to a positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in team member morale and provides feedback by communicating to the store manager.
  • If the director is unavailable or needs support, the Operations Lead will be trained to productively troubleshoot issues, communicate to partners, project tracking, and risk assessment.
  • Follows Monty's Good Burger Operational Policies, Safety Protocol, and Food Safety Procedures.
  • Training and development of all new procedures and policies to ensure consistency across all locations.
  • Maintains operational/product equipment and communicates if it isn’t functioning properly. 
  • Provides data analysis via Excel or Google Sheets regarding the following, Product Usage, Labor Rates, Practice/Protocol tracking, etc.
  • Provides feedback regarding operations and provide an understanding of how the stores are doing.
  • Attends weekly check-ins with the director.
  • Provides interdepartmental support where necessary.
  • Maintains regular and punctual attendance.

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
